Land Use

For more information about the land use process, visit the City of Minnetonka

Mills Church is exploring the possibility of incorporating housing onto its property at 13215 Minnetonka Drive, including community workshops (see below) to gather input from residents.

Community workshops

The city, with support from a team of design and development experts, will conduct community engagement workshops regarding the site’s development potential. Residents are invited to attend all five sessions to learn more and provide input. City officials may be in attendance. Feedback will help Mills Church develop housing recommendations for its property.

Light refreshments will be served at each meeting, and childcare is available by request one week in advance. To ask questions or request childcare, contact Gretchen Nicholls at 651-265-2280.
